Kristine Craig

As PleoPharma's Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Kristine Craig spearheads the commitment to ensuring excellence and compliance in pharmaceutical practices. Since June 2022, Ms. Craig leads the QA department, contributing to the creation of safe and effective products.

Ms. Craig approaches leadership at PleoPharma with a strategic focus, echoing the sentiment that the organization is only as strong as its weakest link. Believing in the transformative power of coaching and mentoring, she envisions a future in the pharmaceutical industry driven by innovation through research and development. Ms. Craig underscores the importance of collaboration, learning, and partnerships to fuel this innovation, foreseeing a landscape where new products not only meet but exceed the highest standards, ultimately benefiting both businesses and consumers.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas Legazpi, Ms. Craig’s commenced her QA journey as an inspector at Sancilio and Company (SCI) before assuming critical roles at Actavis Pharmaceutical, Teva Pharmaceutical, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, and IM HealthScience. With a keen focus on regulatory expertise, Ms. Craig played a pivotal role in the seamless transition of IM HealthScience into Nestlé Health Sciences.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys delving into pharmaceutical research and takes pride in supporting her son, an independent musician playing guitar, drums, bass guitar, and keys, during his stage performances. Coming from a family entrenched in medicine and pharmaceuticals, Ms. Craig was born and raised in the Philippines, and her commitment to excellence in the pharmaceutical field reflects a generational dedication to the industry.
